Our proposal includes a firm timeline and budget to complete the work, so you know exactly how much you'll pay and when you can expect to see results. Once the work is underway, we take your claims and change issues and work to uncover, untangle and uncomplicate the situation.

No. We always preferred this approach when we were contractors, and now that we're consultants, we do things differently from other construction dispute consultants. We form a preliminary view early in the process and share it immediately. As we do more work and the issues untangle, we continually check in with you so you know our direction of travel throughout the process.
Typically, we start with a data-sharing site, which can be yours or ours. This will contain information like the contract, schedule, and key documents pertinent to the issue you want us to examine. We typically follow our initial reading with a detailed Q&A session with your team to ensure we fully understand the issue you need our help with.
